the staff were good and the setting was great. found the entrance hotel with perfect drinks 500 metres away. got wheelchair accessible room with dishwasher, balcony, as example as expected.

We only stayed here for 1 night, but everything was excellent. the staff was lovely and took great care of everyone. the room was spotless and modern, featuring comfortable beds and convenient bath and laundry facilities. the rate was $302. the location was great and handy, just a short distance from Picnic Point Reserve.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff, especially David, were super helpful and friendly. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great kitchen setup for making snacks. I loved that it was in the heart of the city, making it easy to stroll over to nearby cafes and restaurants. Plus, with laundry facilities available, it made my travel much easier!

If I had to mention a couple of things that could be improved, I’d say the air conditioning in the main bedroom was a tad underwhelming, and I wished for a bit softer mattress. But overall, these were minor hiccups in an otherwise lovely stay!

Great location for our needs, close to restaurants and attractions. the apartment was large and clean, with a well, equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful check, in staff.

The check, in process was confusing and disorganized, with staff at a separate location and delays in getting our key. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment , the floors were dirty, counters and kitchen greasy, and balcony doors covered in marks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to make sure my family and I were all on the same level. The rooms were spacious and clean, making us feel like we were in a brand new apartment. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to restaurants, the farmers market, and everything else in the city centre. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and lounge, and even a patio to enjoy the gorgeous views. The laundry facilities were a bonus, as we were able to keep our clothes clean and fresh throughout our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our trip truly enjoyable.
